HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT INFO@AFREAKINDREAM.COM COMMUNICATING THE DESIRE AND REASON FOR THE RETURN.
  • ONCE APPROVED, YOU CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT.
RETURN COSTS
  • ITALY AND UE: RETURN COSTS ARE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
  • INTERNAZIONAL: RETURN COSTS VARY ACCORDING TO DESTINATION AND WILL BE COMMUNICATED AT THE TIME OF APPROVAL OF THE RETURN; EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
REFUND
AFTER RECEIVING AND INSPECTING THE PRODUCT, WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.
